artist in residency - girl scout camp

I had the great opportunity to be the Artist in Residence for local Girl Scout camp. There were about 100 girls, ranging in age from 6 to 12. They were all amazing! The project was to create a self-portrait. They could either draw their own or use a template that I provided. In the end, their pieces truly captured their individual personalities. These are a few of the finished pieces (before grouting).

What a fantastic job they did, Connie!! You must have been very proud and felt rewarded getting to work with those great gals!

Wonderful!
